"After a long travel day back home to normal life, I wanted to say that I really don't know how Captain Dylan or Chef Gi could improve. Our week spent with them was a week of a lifetime (yet, we hope to experience more like them)! From the moment we stepped out of the taxi to the moment we re-entered our taxi after our charter, Dylan and Gi were always so welcoming. Their boat became ours...except we didn't have to lift a figure! They jumped to take care of us at every turn whether it was snorkeling with Dylan, or a jump to fix us a drink or feed us by Gi. The food was phenomenal, beautifully presented, and creative. We were awed by how professional, yet laid-back and friendly, they always were. The conversation was fun, easy, yet not intrusive.
